About Urban HOmes Property Management
Kim Kennedy is the Owner and Operator of Urban Homes Property Management. Born and raised in Missoula, Montana she moved to Idaho Falls in 2020 and began working in property management as a leasing agent, quickly became a property manager and was promoted to Director of Leasing for Southeastern Idaho. In 2022 Kim decided to take her experience and open Urban Homes Property Management. The knowledge and experience she brings to property management is unmatched. Kim’s goal is to make the Rental Process effortless for applicants and to build lasting relationships with tenants.
